The ADCO Group – Project Sponsor
For over 40 years, ADCO has played a significant role in the evolution of the Cathedral Hill and Western Addition neighborhoods, and in fact, its roots in San Francisco began in these very neighborhoods. Beginning in the 1960’s, ADCO helped assemble the land for the current site of the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption and, through the years, has maintained its commitment to the region with other notable developments such as Cathedral Hill Plaza (1333 Gough Street) and Cathedral Hill Tower (1200 Gough Street). Additionally, the ADCO Group owns and is currently repositioning 1.3 million square feet of commercial space throughout San Francisco

As a privately held company based in New York and with offices in California, ADCO continues to pursue new investment and development opportunities. Moreover, ADCO’s family of companies has spanned the spectrum of the real estate industry over the past forty years – ranging from land assemblage and development and construction, to merchant banking and the acquisition and management of all property types. With a national portfolio that includes residential high-rises, office buildings, and land holdings, the company continues to seek opportunities where it can use its real estate and financial expertise to reposition existing projects and add value to communities through innovative developments.
